How to find your eID

• Account Management Portal
• https://go.vcu.edu/forgoteID 

 NOTE: The eID Finder will only be able to locate your eID if you have previously claimed your account 

1. Navigate to https://go.vcu.edu/forgoteID 
2. Enter 2 pieces of information
   1. Your birthday counts as the first. You will only need your V# OR your VCU Card #
      
3. Tick the box to agree to receive an SMS text message and/or email. The submit button will only appear when the box is checked
4. Click Submit
5. Choose where you want your eID to be sent
   1. If you only have an email on file, the eID will automatically be sent there 
   2. If you have a phone number on file, you will be given the choice of where to send the eID
      
6. Once you have validated your eID, you will be able to login or reset your password
