Solution

eServices provides self-service access to VCU students, faculty, and staff. It also includes direct access to related systems such as College Scheduler, Degree Works, Handshake, Make-A-Payment, and the Navigate system.

Access 

eServices can also be accessed via myVCU or https://go.vcu.edu/eservices 

Services

Students and applicants
  • View class schedules
  • Obtain electronic forms (1098-T)
  • Register for classes
  • Process and view financial aid
  • Pay tuition, enrollment deposit, transcript fees
  • View academic history
  • Order transcripts
  • Order textbooks
  • Use the Degree Works academic progress system
  • Use the College Scheduler registration shopping cart system 
Faculty and staff
  • View class rosters (faculty)
  • Submit midterm & final grades (faculty)
  • Upload syllabi (faculty)
  • Access employee information
  • Update personal information
  • Payroll
  • Check leave balances
  • Obtain electronic forms (W-2s)

    •  CAUTION: Former employees must go to HR to access their W-2s and other information

Additional Information

  • Self Service Banner is known as eServices. All students of the university from 2006 to date have access to eServices. Faculty and staff who wish to access their information in eServices must reach out to HR. 
  • Administrative Systems manages eServices - for more information, visit administrativesystems.ts.vcu.edu.
  • Hospital-only affiliates use Workday for records management.
