eServices provides self-service access to active VCU students, faculty, and staff. It also includes direct access to related systems such as College Scheduler, Degree Works, Handshake, Make-A-Payment (Tuition Payment), and the Navigate system.

- Self Service Banner is known as eServices. All students of the university from 2006 to date have access to eServices. Faculty and staff who wish to access their information in eServices must reach out to HR.

- Hospital-only affiliates use Workday for records management.
