Solution
eServices provides self-service access to VCU students, faculty, and staff. It also includes direct access to related systems such as College Scheduler, Degree Works, Handshake, Make-A-Payment, and the Navigate system.

Access
eServices can be accessed via myVCU or https://go.vcu.edu/eservices. eServices requires a login with an eID and password. If you have not yet set up your eID and password, visit the eID claim article for more information.
Services
Students and applicants
- View class schedules
- Obtain electronic forms (1098-T)
- Register for classes
- Process and view financial aid
- Pay deposits:
- Tuition
- Enrollment
- View academic history
- Order transcripts
- Unofficial transcripts can be printed via PDF
- Official transcript requests will be redirected to the National Student Clearinghouse
- Order textbooks
- Use the Degree Works academic progress system
- Use the College Scheduler registration shopping cart system
- Update personal Information
- Update Name of Use
Faculty and staff
- View class rosters (faculty)

- Self Service Banner is known as eServices. All students of the university from 2006 to date have access to eServices. Faculty and staff who wish to access their information in eServices must reach out to HR.
- Administrative Systems manages eServices - for more information, visit administrativesystems.ts.vcu.edu.
- Hospital-only affiliates use Workday for records management.
