You are trying to register for a course and you receive the error: Contact Helpdesk

Solution

If you are trying to register for a course and you receive "Contact Helpdesk", it can mean you have multiple sessions of eServices open. Make sure only one session of eServices is open:

  1. Close all browser windows
  2. Open a new browser window
  3. Log into eServices
  4. Try to register again
