How to activate or reactivate DUO mobile

Solution

DUO Mobile may need to be reactivated for a variety of reasons, which may prevent you from logging in and adding a new DUO mobile device

  • New phone
  • New number 
  • Failed cloud backup restoration 
  • DUO isn't sending/receiving successful pushes
