How to activate or reactivate DUO mobile

  • DUO Mobile
  • Android device
  • iOS device

 

Solution

  • If you can already log in, follow the steps at adding a new DUO mobile device.
  • If you are unable to log in, call the IT Support Center at 804-828-2227.


You can prepare ahead of time by downloading the DUO Mobile app to your device:

Additional Information

DUO Mobile may need to be reactivated for a variety of reasons:

  • New phone
  • New number 
  • Failed cloud backup restoration 
  • DUO isn't sending/receiving successful pushes
