How to view your finanical aid in eServices

 NOTE: Prior to accessing eServices/your financial aid information, you will need to claim your eID. 

 NOTE: For information about applying for financial aid, visit https://sfs.vcu.edu.  

To access your financial aid information: 

1. Log into eServices: https://go.vcu.edu/eservices
2. Navigate to the Financial Aid tab
3. Click the Financial Aid Dashboard tile
4. You can now view your financial aid information. All information in the Financial Aid tab comes from Student Financial Services; questions regarding financial aid should be directed to SFS at https://sfs.vcu.edu/about/contact-us/

More information if a tab is missing in eServices

Each tabs shows different information:

Award Offer tab shows the enrollment status and the total cost of attendance, if the student is an undergraduate or graduate student, and whether they are a part-time or full-time student. The total cost of attendance gets broken down into subcategories such as billable and non billable items.

Financial Aid History tab shows a breakdown of all of the subsidized, unsubsidized loans received per financial aid year. This tab also shows any other loans, scholarships, and grants that has been awarded. 

Resources tab shows the student's response in authorizing VCU to deduct any non-institutional charges.

Notifications tab shows any information in regards to students withdrawing from a course, or program. 

Satisfactory Academic Progress tab shows the academic progress per each semester.

College Financing Plan shows a detailed breakdown of the total cost of attendance, total scholarships, and grants awarded, as well as the required payment and additional information (if the student has taken out a loan, or is part of a work study program)
