How to download and install ArcGIS Pro

ArcGIS Pro, Windows, .NET Desktop Runtime

1. Navigate to go.vcu.edu/arcgis/sign-in

2. Select the blue box that reads Click Here to Login with your VCU eID

3. Sign into the Central Authentication Service portal with your VCU eID and password

4. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner

5. Click on the My settings button in the drop-down menu

6. Click on the Licenses button on the left side of the next page

7. Scroll down to the ArcGIS Pro item under the Licensed Products selection and click Download ArcGIS Pro to begin the ArcGIS Pro software download

Faculty, staff, and currently enrolled VCU students automatically have access to ArcGIS Pro

The ArcGIS Pro software is only compatible with the Windows operating system

Note: The ArcGIS Pro software requires Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime version 8.0.0 or later before installation.
