How to determine your computer's system type

Solution

  1. Open Settings: Press the Windows key + I or search for Settings. 
  2. Navigate to About: Click on System in the left-hand menu, then click About. 
  3. Check System Type: Under the Device specifications section, find System type. 
    • ARM-based processor: means your computer is ARM64. 
    • x64-based processor: means your computer has a 64-bit Intel or AMD chip.
