Solution
It is strongly recommended that all VCU Alumni set up 2-Step Verification in their VCU Alumni Google accounts to ensure their accounts are secured. 2SV provides several methods that can be set up, including call and text, passkeys and security keys, and authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator and similar apps. It is also strongly encouraged to download a copy of the backup keys Google provides after setting up 2SV in case you lose access to your 2SV method(s).
