1.  Go to https://oneprint.vcu.edu/

2.   Go to 'OnePrint Anywhere' and complete the survey.  

3.  If you have an existing device, provide the serial number. This will help Canon provide you with suggestions that suit your printing needs.

Additional Information

If you experience issues completing a survey, you can submit a RamCentral ticket by visiting https://go.vcu.edu/ramscentral and select 'Request OnePrint Service.' Provide the serial number if you have an existing device.
