How to book a room or cubicle in Google Calendar

Solution

  1. Open Google Calendar.
  2. Select the date and time for the reservation as you normally would for scheduling meetings:

  3. Name the calendar booking
  4. Click Add rooms or location and select Add rooms
  5. Search or browse and select your desired space:

     NOTE: If you don't see the location you're looking for, you may not have permission to book it or it doesn't exist in Google Calendar. 
  6. Once you've chosen the space, click Save to book your room!
