- Open Google Calendar.
- Select the date and time for the reservation as you normally would for scheduling meetings:

- Name the calendar booking
- Click Add rooms or location and select Add rooms
- Search or browse and select your desired space:

NOTE: If you don't see the location you're looking for, you may not have permission to book it or it doesn't exist in Google Calendar. - Once you've chosen the space, click Save to book your room!
