Paging services are provided through a state contract with the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA). VCU Telecommunication Services is the official point of contact for accessing VITA contracts. Departments may not procure any telecommunication services directly with vendors unless they have a written waiver from VITA and VCU Telecommunication Services.
VCU Health
User's with a VCUH budget code who want to be accessed through the *600 system can order their pagers directly from Telepage.
Spok
Spok is a messaging/paging system used on mobile phones for hospital personnel. Don Smith is the point of contact for assistance with Spok.
