Personal Computer Drivers

For faculty, staff, and student personal computers only (non-VCU owned equipment):

 

 

VCU Computer Drivers

Faculty and staff can submit print requests from their workstations to any OnePrint device. To obtain the necessary driver, install it from the Software Center or Self Service applications on your device. 

 

Printing

  • Current employees and students may log into a printer using a valid VCU ID Card or by logging in with their eID.
  • OnePrint Anywhere (departmental printers)
    • To access a OnePrint Anywhere device, your account must be associated with a valid budget code. Please contact your department for assistance.
  • OnePrint Pay (public printers)
    • To access a OnePrint Pay device, you must have a RamBucks balance or have received a special allowance on your VCU ID from your department.

License

  • Drivers are provided to current faculty, staff, and students free of charge.
  • You must remove the drivers from your device(s) when you leave the university.
