If VCU employees want to use either the Microsoft Visio or Microsoft Project, they need to do as follows:
1. Reach out to your department's desktop services technician to place the order.
2. After it has been approved, the user should open the Software Center on their work computer (it can be accessed via computer settings) and see Microsoft Visio/Project.
3. Once the employee clicks on the software they want, they will be prompted to enter the PO (Purchase Order Number) they will receive from their technician.
4. After that, the Endpoint Team will deploy the required application directly to the computer.
Note: Employees can use Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project only on their work computers.
