This article will provide instructions on how to add the Zoom add-on to your VCU Google Workspace in which you can create Zoom meetings directly through your Google Calendar.

Solution

  1. Sign in to your Google Workspace account here.
  2. Open the Google Workspace Marketplace by clicking the + (plus sign) on the right-hand side of the window.
  3. Type Zoom in the Search apps field and press Enter to search.
  4. Click the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on.
  5. Click Install, then click Continue.
    1. If prompted, select your vcu.edu email then select Continue.
  6. Select Allow Zoom for G Suite to access your Google Account.
  7. Click Done and now you may setup a Zoom meeting through Google Calandar
