Former Student Google Workspace Account Access

Google Workspace for Education account which is in a suspended state

Students maintain an active VCU Google Workspace for Education account while attending classes and during their re-enroll timeframe, which is usually three semesters. Former students who are not graduates will be removed after the re-enroll cycle has expired. Notifications were sent multiple times prior to account suspension, and account access will not be granted unless student status becomes active again.  https://collaborate.vcu.edu/about/account-policies/#d.en.405263.  Please contact rar@vcu.edu if you believe you are a current student and should have access to your student account.

VCU graduates are provided with an alumni account upon graduation, and their active student account is suspended after the re-enrollment period in accordance with the VCU Alumni Email Standard.
