FixIT is operated by Desktop Services. It is located inside RamTECH, which is part of Barnes & Noble. FixIT offers Apple and Dell computer hardware support for VCU students, faculty, and staff.
Services Include:
- Mac OS and Windows installation and setup
- Data backup and transfers
- Malware/virus removal
- Hardware support and repair
- Apple and Dell-certified in-warranty and out-of-warranty support
- Hardware tokens for DUO two-factor authorization available
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
