How can I get my phone line moved

Environment

Monroe Park Campus or VCU Health Campus

Solution

  1. Submit a ticket to Telecommunications to have your phone moved.  Include the following:
    1. Phone number
    2. Location you need it moved to
    3. Billing index to bill the move charge to
  2. The ticket will be assigned to an analyst to process.
    1. The analyst will verify the request and assign it to be processed by a voice technician. 
    2. A technician will come on-site and move your phone/line to the new location.
