Solution
- Submit a ticket to Telecommunications to have your phone moved. Include the following:
- Phone number
- Location you need it moved to
- Billing index to bill the move charge to
- The ticket will be assigned to an analyst to process.
- The analyst will verify the request and assign it to be processed by a voice technician.
- A technician will come on-site and move your phone/line to the new location.
