VCU students, staff, faculty, or affiliates request a permanent extension of a Duo Bypass code due to a disability. The ADA Office will review and approve such a request before Information Security can grant a bypass to Duo.

To request a permanent Duo bypass code, please do the following.
- Contact the ADA office to request an accommodation.
- Once the accommodation has been approved, contact infosec@vcu.edu with the approval, and they will process the permanent Duo bypass code.
