Solution

 NOTE:  Connection to the VCU VPN, via Zscaler or Cisco Anyconnect applications is required.

  1. Log into Banner using your eID and password at: https://go.vcu.edu/adminpages
  2. Access Banner pages by either searching for page, menus, jobs, and quickflows

If there are any error messages when attempting to access Banner or Banner pages load to a blank screen, please follow cache clearing steps to resolve that issue.

Additional Information

 TIP: Pages can be saved to a Favorites menu by clicking on the star icon to the right of the page name when searching. Favorites can be accessed through the menu bar on the left side of the Banner interface screen.
