Solution
The Reclaim Account button allows you to set a user's account to reclaim. By clicking this button, it resets a user's account, and allows them to restart the eID Claim process. It removes:
- Alternate email
- Alternate phone number
- DUO enrollment
This can give a user a fresh start, especially if they no longer have access to an email or phone number listed on the account, or something has gone wrong during the DUO Enrollment process.
