Third party, non-VCU users must bring and use their own device (and HDMI cables/adapters) to use with the classroom AV system.
We can no longer provide access via generic user account credentials to third parties for non-VCU events for computers managed by ICS (Instructional Computing Services). For non-VCU events hosted by third parties in a VCU space, attendees/presenters must bring their own laptops.
