eServices Error: undefined (during class registration)

While registering for classes, you encounter the error: undefined. Please contact the help desk.

1. Clear your cookies and cache: https://go.vcu.edu/itsc/clear
2. Restart the browser 
3. Visit https://go.vcu.edu/eservices 
4. Verify class registration is successful

If you are still unable to register for classes, contact the IT Support Center: 804-828-2227.

Your browser cache contains invalid or corrupt data. 

You will no longer receive the error while registering for classes.
