After you select a document for printing and tap Print at a OnePrint device, the print job does not release and you see an error message: No Paper.
- Check that the device has the correct paper for the document(s) you are printing.
- All OnePrint devices are stocked with 8.5x11 (Letter)
- Some OnePrint devices are stocked with 11x14 (Legal)
- All other document sizes must be supplied by you using the MultiPurpose tray on the side of the device.

When you print an image (jpg, png, etc), paste the image into a Word document, otherwise the print will try to print the wrong size and will give an out of paper error.
When the correct paper size has been provided, the document(s) will print.
