How to renew the booking of ITSC equipment made through the connect2 system.

  • Desktop web browser

Solution

How to renew your checked-out equipment using the built in Renew Booking option

 CAUTION: Overdue equipment cannot be renewed, it must be returned to the IT Support Center 

  1. Sign in to connect2
  2. Click on "# active booking" (# would be the number of active bookings at the time)


  3. Click on the "Reference No" of the booking you wish to renew (ex. Con003210)

  4. Under "Booking tasks", select "Renew booking"

  5. Select the item using the checkbox next to the "Resource name" and then click on "Renew"

  6. Finally, review your renewal information

Additional Information

A renewal notification email will be sent to you with the updated information. 

If you are having difficulties renewing the equipment, please contact the IT Support Center at 804-828-2227 and of one their technicians will assist you.
