Solution
How to renew your checked-out equipment using the built in Renew Booking option
CAUTION: Overdue equipment cannot be renewed, it must be returned to the IT Support Center
- Sign in to connect2
- Click on "# active booking" (# would be the number of active bookings at the time)
- Click on the "Reference No" of the booking you wish to renew (ex. Con003210)
- Under "Booking tasks", select "Renew booking"
- Select the item using the checkbox next to the "Resource name" and then click on "Renew"
- Finally, review your renewal information

A renewal notification email will be sent to you with the updated information.
