VCU IT Support Center

The IT Support Center (ITSC for short) is one of the primary technology support resources VCU students have access to 24/7 via phone, as well as email and in-person support during normal business hours. They offer assistance with installing software, getting connected to VCU SafeNet Wireless, resetting your VCU eID password to regain access to your account, and much more! The IT Support Center also offers loaner laptops for VCU students to checkout for up to a week at a time.

To learn more about the IT Support Center, book equipment, or schedule a consultation, visit their website at https://go.vcu.edu/itsc. You can also contact the ITSC directly via phone at (804) 828-2227 or via email at itsc@vcu.edu. You can also submit a ticket directly by visiting https://itsupport.vcu.edu and selecting the appropriate category.
