Cisco AnyConnect VPN cannot use "push" as the second password

Symptoms

When you attempt to connect to the Cisco AnyConnect VPN using your eID, password, and the word "push" as the second password, it displays an error message saying there is no mobile device enrolled with DUO.

Environment

Cisco AnyConnect, VPN

Solution

A mobile device needs to be enrolled in the Duo Security application. Call the IT Support Center at 804-828-2227 so a technician can verify you and enroll you in the DUO 2Factor Authentication. 

Outcome

You can successfully use your eID, password, and the word "push" as the second to connect to the Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
