Symptoms
Customer wishes to send an envelope based on a specific template, but the template does not display in their Templates, Shared With Me view.

Solution
The customer must contact the department or person responsible for the template to request access. All DocuSign templates are created and maintained by personnel in the individual departments for their specific business processes. Access to specific templates is entirely at the discretion of the template owner or the department responsible for the template. VCU DocuSign support does not grant access to departmental templates.
Outcome
The department responsible for the template will determine whether to share the template with the customer. If the department shares the template with the customer, the template will be visible in their DocuSign account's Templates, Shared with Me view.
