Summary

User needs to gain access to an existing blog.

Environment

Wordpress

Solution

Existing blog administrators can grant permission to other users who have an account.

  1. In the menu select Users > Add New User.
  2. "Add Existing User" using an eID in the "Email or Username" field.
  3. Confirm the Role you would like to grant.
  4. Select "Add Existing User".

If an existing user is not available, submit a request to IT Support with URL of the blog and the requested role.
