Summary
User needs to gain access to an existing blog.
Environment
Wordpress
Solution
Existing blog administrators can grant permission to other users who have an account.
- In the menu select Users > Add New User.
- "Add Existing User" using an eID in the "Email or Username" field.
- Confirm the Role you would like to grant.
- Select "Add Existing User".
If an existing user is not available, submit a request to IT Support with URL of the blog and the requested role.
