Solution
1. Navigate to go.vcu.edu/arcgis/sign-in
2. Select the blue box that reads "Click Here to Login with your VCU eID"
3. Sign into the Central Authentication Service portal with your VCU eID and password
Additional Information
Faculty, staff, and currently enrolled VCU students automatically have access to ArcGIS Online
