Ensure that you have completed all VCU DocuSign training. When you address an envelope in DocuSign, any automatic population of name and email address is solely from your personal Contacts: there is no university-wide directory in DocuSign. When you manually type a name and email address for the first time, it is automatically stored in your Contacts. You may also directly add, edit, or delete a Contact by clicking your profile icon in the upper right, selecting My Preferences, Contacts. It is strongly recommended that you use the VCU eID @vcu.edu format of the email address for anyone at VCUHS, not their vcuhealth.org format. |
