| Nothing appears when running a report in the VCU Reporting Center |
Symptoms | No output is displayed once you have clicked the "RUN" button for a report. |

Solution | If no output is displayed once you have clicked the "RUN" button, check your internet settings to make sure pop-up windows are enabled: Mozilla Firefox Users - Open the Application Menu ( ≡ ) and click on Settings
- Select Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to Permissions
- Uncheck "Block pop-up windows"
- Or leave "Block pop-up window" checked, then click the "Exceptions..." button and type: sasbimid.vcu.edu, click "Allow" and "Save Changes". This will allow pop-up windows from the VCU Reporting Center site.
Google Chrome Users - Click the three dots in the upper right corner ( ⋮ ) - Customize and control Google Chrome
- Click on Settings
- Select Privacy and Security
- Click on Site Settings
- Scroll down to Content and click on Pop-ups and redirects
- Select "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects"
- Or leave "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects" selected and, under "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects", add sasbimid.vcu.edu.
