Nothing appears when running a report in the VCU Reporting Center
Symptoms

No output is displayed once you have clicked the "RUN" button for a report.

Solution

If no output is displayed once you have clicked the "RUN" button, check your internet settings to make sure pop-up windows are enabled:

Mozilla Firefox Users

  1. Open the Application Menu ( ≡ ) and click on Settings
  2. Select Privacy & Security
  3. Scroll down to Permissions
  4. Uncheck "Block pop-up windows"
  5. Or leave "Block pop-up window" checked, then click the "Exceptions..." button and type: sasbimid.vcu.edu, click "Allow" and "Save Changes". This will allow pop-up windows from the VCU Reporting Center site. 

Google Chrome Users

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner ( ⋮ ) - Customize and control Google Chrome
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Select Privacy and Security
  4. Click on Site Settings
  5. Scroll down to Content and click on Pop-ups and redirects
  6. Select "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects"
  7. Or leave "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects" selected and, under "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects", add sasbimid.vcu.edu.
