How to activate or reactivate DUO mobile

Solution
  • If you can already log in, follow the steps for adding a new DUO mobile device.
  • If you are unable to log in, call the IT Support Center at 804-828-2227.
    • Note: issues regarding your account cannot be handled via email due to University security policies. You must call the IT Support Center or visit our front counter location to address DUO/login/account issues.

Additional Information

DUO Mobile may need to be reactivated for a variety of reasons:

  • New phone
  • New number 
  • Failed cloud backup restoration 
  • DUO isn't sending/receiving successful pushes
