Solution

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you may need assistance with grade entry, which is typically handled by the Office of the University Registrar. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Unable to Enter Grades: If you’re trying to enter grades during the semester, make sure you are on the correct tab:

    • If it’s midterm (March, October, etc), you may need to use the Midterm Grades tab.
    • Enter grades on the Final Grades tab when the date is past the midterm window but before the end of semester deadline on the academic calendar
  2. Class Not Showing Up: This may occur if the department scheduler has not yet assigned you to the class. 
  3. Grades Not Displaying: The display of grades is managed by the Office of the University Registrar.
