• If you cannot use the DUO Mobile app, you can pick up a hardware token for free by visiting the IT Support Center or fixIT. For hours and location, go to https://go.vcu.edu/itsc or https://ts.vcu.edu/askit/essential-computing/desktop-computing/fixit/.
• If you are not local to the Richmond area or otherwise cannot come to campus, call 804-828-2227 and request one of the following:
  1. A proxy pickup on your behalf
     1. The proxy must be VCU-affiliated
     2. Be prepared to provide the name and eID of the proxy
  2. Shipping
     1. A valid U.S. mailing address is required for delivery
